together

I am the classic person who misses 'What I ate Wednesday' and 'Together Tuesdays' and 'Marvelous in my Mondays' every week. No matter how much planning I do, I miss them.

Since I was at a wedding last night and feel like I was bulldozed, I decided I would save the wedding recap for later this week and instead showcase my favorite recipes from YOU! *Drum roll please* Here we go!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Gelato (Guilt Free)

This is your classic Banana Soft Serve taken to a whole new level. Um yes please.

In all honesty, who doesn't need something with peanut butter and oatmeal in their life right now?

Maybe it was the 4th of July colors, but these berry parfaits are seriously adorable. And tasty I'm sure.

I have a recipe for peanut butter baked oatmeal that literally makes a huge pan full. Alex's recipe is single serving and super healthy!

Chocolate Chip Donuts (123)

I know this recipe isn't from this past week, but healthyish donuts have to be included in this post!

A blueberry-lemon Dutch baby? You should blog about that! That would be a pretty flawless recipe! And homemade strawberry jam? That sounds amazing!

    2. Haha, I actually did do a blog post about Dutch Babies, back when my blog was just a few weeks old (soooo, not my best, I will say!): http://sweetandsavoring.com/i-answer-the-age-old-question-whats-for-breakfast/. But this is good motivation to do an update on that, because I've made so many variations since then- pumpkin, strawberries, blueberries blended right into the batter, apple...I love all the possibilities!

  12. Ooo, the chocolate chip yogurt donuts look sooooo good. And the chocolate with avocado looks good, but I'd have to have someone make it and then me try it without knowing about the avocado. I LOVE avocado, but can't quite wrap my mind around chocolate AND avocado TOGETHER. Let me know if you try it!

    1. I'm pretty sure I died and went to heaven when I first found that donut recipe!

I had to include the avocado pudding one because it's so interesting. I'm a little nervous to use avocado in a sweet tasting recipe, but I think it's worth a try. I'll use someone who has no idea what's in the recipe as a taste tester though, just in case! I'll let you know my results!
